Custom orders may take up to two weeks, depending on ingredients in stock and processing time.

NOTE: USPS is our primary shipping option for now and with the coronavirus, the Postal Service is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and continues to follow strategies and measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and public health departments. Although USPS is currently operating at its typical standards, due to COVID-19 and the holidays, please prepare for and expect delays.

All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

Presale orders may take 7-10 business days to process, as products have to be handmade and ran through quality control before shipping out.. 

Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the perishable items that we sell.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. A product is considered damaged if the package is damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at AliciaC@FlorasAngels.com.

Although Flora’s Angels do not accept any returns, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been in packed or staged for shipping.
